One ofthe best experiences ata Sherwin Williams. Antoine went above and beyond indelivering service. Upon entering the store Iwas greeted. Itook notice that the store was clean and organized aswell. Iordered two different paints and was asked for the purpose ofeach.
Thus, the conversation led tomaking sure Ihad everything Ineeded for myproject. Ihad adeck project goingon, and almost made the wrong selection ifAntoine hadn’t taken the time toconverse withme.

You get what you payfor. Big box stores and house paint isjust abad idea. Sherwin-Williams has abetter product and staff that actually know the industry. They don’t necessarily attempt toguide you towards the most expensive paint either. The guys listen toyour needs and guide you inthe right direction.

This store and the people here are amazing. You can not get the same kind ofhelp from big box stores oreven from other paint stores. The people were sohelpful— especially during this time where there isa paint shortage and getting anything can bevery difficult. They inquired about myproject sothat wecould find apaint inmy chosen color that was instock and that would work. Iwill begoing tothis store for all ofmy paint needs.

No paint… That's all you sell and you areout? Iunderstand stuff sales fast due tomore people being athome doing projects, but better planning/ordering ofthe products being sold could avoid having noproduct tosell.

Excellent customer service. Sales associate met meon entry, took myorder, and Iwas in/out in5—7minutes. Everyone was wearing masks, and Ifelt much safer than inthe large box stores.

Even with the mandatory Covid-19mask requirement, the staff was very, very helpful. The young man helped guide methrough all their color selections and quickly made asample color for metotry. Sherwin Williams sample sizes are bigger and better priced than Lowe's was bya longway.

This store isamazing and everyone isso nice. Ihad ordered stain and thru nofault ofthe store, itdidn’t comein. Mypainters were scheduled tobe atthe house and the store found and had the stain couriered from another store. They saved mefrom having toreschedule.
